Retention just got automatic with EasyLife 365 Mail. You can now link retention policies directly to mailbox templates, bringing seamless compliance and lifecycle control to every provisioning and classification step.
What’s new?
1. Retention Policies in Templates
You can now define retention policies in the Settings section of the admin interface and associate them with mailbox templates in the Templates section under Provisioning.
2. Automatic Application on Template Use
Retention policies are now applied automatically whenever a linked template is used. Whether provisioning a new mailbox, managing an existing one, or letting users classify themselves, your policies follow through without extra effort. Before, retention setup had to be done separately after template application. Now it's fully integrated.
