EasyLife 365 Collaboration now improves the Groups overview experience, expands creation notifications for Teams requests, and adds autoheal webhook support for guest ownership events.

What’s new?

All items visualization in Groups overview

• The Groups overview now provides an improved all-items visualization to make large result sets easier to scan.
• Users can review resources faster when switching between filtered and unfiltered views.

Creation notification email for Teams

• EasyLife now sends the creation notification email when a Microsoft Team is created through the wizard.
• Requesters get the same confirmation pattern for both Microsoft 365 Group and Team creation flows.

Last archival date for archived Teams

• EasyLife now displays the last archival date for archived Teams in the details panel when the platform can identify it.
• Admins can better understand when a Team was archived and assess lifecycle status faster.

Autoheal webhook for guest ownership

• EasyLife now sends an autoheal webhook payload when guest ownership is processed.
• Payloads include the guest profile and the list of assigned owners so connected systems can synchronize ownership and compliance context.
• Successful autoheal webhook processing is now also logged as a single Engine Activity (ENGINE / ASSIGN-OWNER) for clearer auditing.
