Manage large application portfolios more efficiently with EasyLife 365 Identity. The new Bulk Export and Import feature enables administrators to perform policy updates across hundreds of applications at scale using CSV files, eliminating tedious manual configurations one application at a time.

What's new?

1. Bulk Export and Import

   A new capability allows administrators to export application data and policies to a CSV file, modify policy assignments in bulk, and re-import the file to apply changes across multiple applications simultaneously.

   This enables efficient governance workflows such as:

   • Reassigning policies across entire departments or teams
   • Rolling out policy changes across hundreds of applications at once
   • Automating compliance updates as part of governance initiatives
   • Supporting large-scale application portfolio transitions

   Export includes selected applications or all currently visible applications in the Manage view, with application identifiers and current policy assignments.
