Planner

The section Planner allows you to provision a Planner for your Team or Group.

Buckets

To add pre-defined buckets to the Planner, click the Add bucket button under Buckets. For each bucket enter a name in the text field under Title. You can use the delete button to remove buckets and you can use the up and down arrow buttons to move buckets up or down.

Categories

You can add up to 25 pre-defined categories to the new Planner. To add a category, enter the category in one of the text fields under Categories.

Naming

The Planner will be provisioned with the same name as the Team or Group. If you want to specify a name instead, uncheck the box next to Use Group Title and enter a name in the text field below Title. You can use placeholders to dynamically create a name for the new Planner.

Extensibility

To send a request to an URL once the Planner action is finished, enter the URL of the webhook in the text field under Webhook.
