Added​

Send notification emails using shared mailboxes

  • Customers can configure EasyLife to send notification emails using a shared mailbox in Exchange Online instead of using our SendGrid account
  • Users receive email notification from an internal address

The engine can now be configured to take the mailbox regional configuration of the user into account when sending notification emails

Make sure to go through the onboarding process for the EasyLife 365 API again to update the permissions.

Updated required permissions

  • Added Mail.Send and MailboxSettings.Read
  • Changed Sites.ReadWrite.All to Sites.Read.All

Cockpit and App​

Added​

To make the app and cockpit even snazzier, we moved both applications to Azure static Web Apps

Fixed​

  • It was possible to select guest accounts settings for Viva Engage templates even if these are not supported
