Turtlehead

Thanks to our early adopters we have been able to refine the new guest account management feature. Today's release includes all the latest updates and some bug fixes.

EasyLife 365 Cockpit

Changed

  • Admins can now specify whether users are allowed to extend disabled and inactive accounts
  • A new setting can be used to control whether users can delete or disable guest accounts without template. You can find this in the Cockpit under Settings, Guests
  • Escalation actions defined in guest account policies will now show up as buttons in the EasyLife 365 App

EasyLife App

Changed

  • On Ownership transfers and template assignments, we are showing the already assigned owners as the default option
  • We aligned the way owners can be assigned on all modules
  • New buttons on the incompliant policy tile allow users to act directly from within the app. For example, inactive guest accounts can be deleted by the user if the escalation action was set to delete in the assigned policy. This feature was implemented for Guest Account Management first but we will integrate it for Groups Management in the next release.
  • Users can now re-send invitations to guests if they didn't accept the invite within the configured amount of days and the invitation policy became incompliant
