📄️ Install and pin the EasyLife 365 Teams app
We recommend installing the EasyLife 365 Collaboration App in Microsoft Teams to make it available to your users. We also recommend pinning it to the Teams app bar to make it easily accessible. Teams app setup policies are used to control which apps are installed and pinned to the app bar. Teams app permission policies are used to control which apps are allowed or blocked.

Disable creation of groups in the Azure Portal
📄️ Enable guest account management and engine

📄️ Enable SharePoint site management
SharePoint site management allows you to apply governance to your Teams- and Communication-sites. As for teams and groups, your users can now independently create SharePoint Sites, and you, as the admin, can define guidelines (policies) for them to follow.
