Settings
You can configure EasyLife 365 Mail to meet the needs of your organization in the settings tab of the EasyLife 365 Admin.
Permissions
Use the links in this section to grant or update permissions for EasyLife in your tenant. You have to grant permissions to EasyLife as part of the onboarding process. New features may require you to update permissions before you can use them.
The EasyLife 365 Admin checks whether or not permissions are up-to-date in your environment and shows a notification if an update is required.
Tenant
The EasyLife 365 Mail Engine scans the compliance of all shared mailboxes, room and equipment mailboxes, and distribution lists in your organization. In this section you can enable or disable daily scans of resources in your tenant. If you disable the daily engine scans no policies be applied and no compliance workflows will be triggered. The creation of new Microsoft Exchange resources through EasyLife 365 Mail is still possible. You can also indicate which features will be available to users.
Domains
These settings help determine which domains are available when creating shared mailboxes, room and equipment mailboxes, and distribution lists. This also includes the block list of email addresses and phrases that users can not use during the provisioning of the different resources
Notifications
Configure the notification settings for EasyLife 365 Mail that include branding, language preferences and the mail boxes that all notifications will be sent from.
