Install EasyMeet 365 for Outlook

You can install the EasyMeet 365 for Outlook app for all your Outlook users as a Global admin.

To enable the EasyMeet 365 for Outlook app for all users in your organization, you'll need to follow the steps outlined below. These steps include installing the app to your environment, reviewing the permissions requested by the app, and granting access to all users.

  • First, log in to the Microsoft admin center under Integrated apps at https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps.
  • Click on "Get Apps"
  • You can find the EasyMeet 365 for Outlook addin on the following page Get EasyMeet 365 for outlook
  • Install the EasyMeet 365 for Outlook app by clicking "Get it now"
  • In the "Confirm to continue" popup click the "Get it now" button.
  • A "Deploy New Apps" to help with the completion of the deployment process.
  • Under "Users" select "Entire organization" and click next.
  • Under "Permissions" click "Accept permissions". Review the permissions that the app is requesting and complete the authentication process and grant the application permissions (if required).
  • Click "Finish deployment"

It might take up to 24 hours to complete the deployment.
