Here's how it works:

Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

  • Create a Policy Bundle: Start by creating a policy bundle that includes your desired template assignment policy. This will be your go-to tool for guiding users during the assignment process.

  • Assign the Policy Bundle: Head over to the "Manage" section in the cockpit and assign the policy bundle to the relevant resource(s). EasyLife will then kick into action, making sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Notification and Template Selection: Once the policy bundle is assigned, EasyLife will send a quick notification to the owners of the teams, groups, or sites. They'll be prompted to select an appropriate template for their resource.

  • Guided Wizard: Users will be taken through a user-friendly wizard that walks them through selecting the template. They'll be asked to input all the necessary metadata and fill in any missing information. It's a breeze!
