Allow To Add Guests

This article explains what the setting Allow guests in templates Microsoft 365 groups and Microsoft Teams does. In a new template the setting Allow guests is set to enabled by default. If an administrator decides to disable the setting, EasyLife will provision new Groups and Teams with the following group setting:

Create Application Registration

EasyLife 365 applications are available through the Microsoft identity platform and expose various scopes that client applications can use. This provides permissions-based access to EasyLife 365 application API endpoints to authorized users and client apps.

Invite Guest

One can invite B2B Guests using the EasyLife 365 Collaboration API. Guests are created based on existing templates and their associated policies. A personal message can also be sent to the guest to provide more context.

New Group/Team

One can create groups using the EasyLife 365 Collaboration API. Groups or Teams are created based on existing templates and their associated policies.

New SharePoint site

One can create SharePoint sites using the EasyLife 365 Collaboration API. SharePoint sites are created based on existing templates and their associated policies.

Update DropDowns

You can update the options in dropdown fields values directly using the EasyLife 365 Collaboration API. This allows the options in a dropdown field to be updated based on other external data. For example, a list of departments can be automatically updated on EasyLife 365 Collaboration when new departments are added to the Human Resources system.
