Rules
The Rules page provides a compliance overview for the selected application. It evaluates the application against predefined governance policies and highlights whether ownership and configuration requirements are met.
This page helps ensure that every application has sufficient accountability and follows organizational standards.
Purpose of the Rules Page
The Rules page is designed to:
- Enforce ownership and governance best practices.
- Highlight missing or insufficient owners.
- Provide clear remediation actions to achieve compliance.
Each rule is evaluated in real time and presented as a visual card.
Rule Cards Overview
Each rule is displayed as a card with a clear status indicator:
- 🟢 Compliant – The rule requirements are met.
- 🔴 Non-compliant – Action is required to meet the rule.
Every card includes:
- The rule name
- A short description of the requirement
- The current evaluation result
- A recommended action button (if non-compliant)

Activity rules
When the inactivity rule is incompliant, the card shows a button to extend the activity for the app, provided that the current user has permissions and admin have allowed manual extensions.
