Install in Microsoft Teams

As a Teams admin, it's important to note that the EasyMeet 365 Teams app is disabled by default in your organization. This means that before your users can access the app, you'll need to take some additional steps to enable it.

To enable the EasyMeet 365 Teams app for all users in your organization, you'll need to follow the steps outlined below. These steps include installing the app to your Teams app catalog, reviewing the permissions requested by the app, and granting access to all users.

  • First, log in to the Microsoft Teams admin center at https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/.
  • Navigate to the "Teams apps" section under the "Teams" menu on the left-hand side.
  • Search for "EasyMeet" and install it
  • Next, to review permissions, click on the app and then click on "Review permissions" button. (this step is only required if you haven't granted admin consent to your users)
  • In the "Permissions requested" section, you can review the permissions that the app is requesting.
  • If you are comfortable with the requested permissions, click on the "Grant permissions" button to grant these permissions to all users in your organization.
  • Finally, the app will be installed and available to all users in your organization.

Note: Make sure to communicate the installation of this application to all users in your organization, and provide any necessary training or resources on how to use it.
