Apps
EasyLife 365 Identity helps you monitor your organization's Entra ID resources.
More specifically, it manages:
- App registrations
- Enterprise applications
- Their certificates and secrets
You can get an overview of all your app registrations or enterprise applications by navigating to:
- App Registrations > All
- Enterprise Applications > All
On this page, you'll see a table listing all applications. You can use the search bar to look for a particular application by typing its display name.
Table Overview
The table includes the following columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
App | The display name of the application. |
Application (client) ID | The unique client ID assigned to the application. |
Created on | The date the application was created. |
Task status | The current status of the task related to the credential. |
Assigned | Whether a task has been assigned to a user or not |
Credential expiration | The status of expiration of the app credentials. |
The Credential Expiration column shows either the nearest certificate expiration period or, if there are already expired credentials, how much time has passed since the oldest credential expired. Labels of different colors will be used to display the status:
- 🟢 Green: All credentials will expire beyond the expiration threshold.
- 🟡 Yellow: At least one credential will expire within the expiration threshold.
- 🔴 Red: At least one credential has already expired.
- Dash ("—"): No credentials found for the application.
Credential expiration
From the side menu, you can focus on applications that require immediate attention—those with credentials that are about to expire or have already expired.
These filtered lists are available under:
- Expiring: Apps with credentials nearing expiration.
- Expired: Apps with credentials that have already expired.
Each menu item displays the number of affected apps in parentheses. If any apps fall into these categories, a ⚠️ warning icon will appear to draw attention.
Viewing App Details
Clicking on a row in the App Registrations or Enterprise Applications table opens a detailed view for the selected application.
