Overview

EasyLife 365 Identity provides a structured way to monitor and manage expiring credentials in Entra ID. This document introduces each section of the app to help you navigate efficiently.

Workflow​

The EasyLife 365 Identity streamlines the management of expiring certificates and secrets in an Entra ID environment by providing visibility, notifications, and task tracking. Users have multiple ways to identify and address potential issues—whether by navigating through their environment or relying on proactive notifications that ensure no critical expiration goes unnoticed. Each expiration triggers a task, allowing users to track progress, add comments, and mark resolutions. Once a task is closed, EasyLife 365 Identity automatically recognizes the credential as handled and stops further notifications, preventing unnecessary alerts. This continuous monitoring and automated workflow help maintain a secure and well-managed environment.

Dashboard​

The Dashboard is the home page of EasyLife 365 Identity. It provides a high-level summary of the credential expiration status across all your app registrations and enterprise applications.

In addition to highlighting urgent expirations, the Dashboard allows you to take immediate action on the most critical credentials. It also provides a forecast of upcoming expirations, helping you anticipate the workload needed to replace credentials in the coming months.

My Tasks​

The My Tasks page lists all tasks assigned to you. These tasks represent actions needed to replace or remove expiring or expired credentials. You can update task statuses, add comments, and track progress.

App Registrations​

In the App Registrations page, you can monitor and manage App Registrations and their credentials. It includes:

  • All: A complete list of all registered apps.
  • Expiring: Apps with credentials expiring soon, requiring action.
  • Expired: Apps with credentials that have already expired and may need immediate attention.

If there are apps in the Expiring or Expired pages, the menu displays a count and a warning sign ⚠️ to indicate urgency.

Enterprise Applications​

Similar to App Registrations, this page focuses on Enterprise Applications. It includes:

  • All: A list of all enterprise applications.
  • Expiring: Applications with credentials that are about to expire.
  • Expired: Applications with already expired credentials.

Just like in App Registrations, expiring or expired credentials will be highlighted with a warning sign.
