Prerequisites

Users must be assigned a valid license for the products they want to manage with EasyLife 365 Mail.

The onboarding process must have been completed before users can manage resources using EasyLife 365 Mail. Check the onboarding section for more details.

An EasyLife administrator must have created at least one template for a resource so users can create resources using that template. Users can see their resources in the Shared Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Resources sections on the EasyLife 365 App menu but they won't be able to create new resources if no template is available (or they can't see it because it is restricted to a specific audience).
