The poll state defines the current state of the poll and determines what actions can be taken.

Closed Polls​

Closed polls are concluded polls, and a decision has been made.

Cancelled Polls​

If the organizer decides to cancel a poll, all participants are notified, and the poll appears under cancelled polls.

Expired Polls​

If the last proposed timeslot lies in the past, the poll is moved to expired polls.

Poll Cleanup​

Polls older than 90 days will be removed. EasyMeet will automatically take care of this at night, and you will notice it the day after. This does not apply to open polls, so you can plan ahead accordingly.
