Notifications

EasyMeet sends e-mails in the name of the organizer to make it clear who is invited to the poll.

Organizer notifications

The organizer will get a notification if:

• another participant added a timeslot, or a participant
• the reminder expires, and a decision is still pending
• after all required participants voted and no consensus has been found
• after all participants have voted, and the meeting has been scheduled

Participant notifications

The participant will be notified if:

• the organizer decided to send a reminder with EasyMeet to all participants that have yet to vote.
• the participant is being added, and the flag Inform participant is enabled
• the organizer canceled the poll, and the flag Inform participants is enabled
• the poll just got created, and the flag Inform participants is enabled
