Poll delegation

If you have access to a colleague's email, you can use the poll delegation feature to schedule a meeting on their behalf. However, you need to be granted access through Outlook before taking any action.

While creating a new poll, you will see an additional delegation section. Check the field Plan for somebody else, and a dropdown will appear with all the calendars you have access to.

Selecting one of the calendars will replace your calendar entries with the entries of the selected calendar. Every action you take from now on is reflected on the calendar of the delegated person. Blockers will be set in their calendar, and the meeting will be scheduled for them.
