Go-Live Checklist
You have completed the onboarding process and you went through the learning guides. Now you want to roll out EasyLife 365 Mail in your organization. Completing the following tasks will ensure your rollout is a success:
- Make sure you have restricted the access to EasyLife 365 Mail Admin.
- Make sure you have granted permissions to the two in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). You can repeat this step at any time.
- Make sure you have installed the EasyLife 365 Mail app for all users.
- Make sure you have marked our CDN as trusted site for all users.
- We also recommend you pin the EasyLife 365 Mail App for all users, but it's not mandatory.
- Review Templates and Policies in EasyLife 365 Mail Admin.
- Make sure users are informed about the rollout and the notifications they might receive.
