Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Exchange Online

Users of EasyLife 365 will get notifications via email, to find out when what kind of notifications are sent, check the Settings section below. We send these notification messages from our EasyLife 365 SendGrid account. The notification messages contain pictures and the pictures are hosted on our content delivery network: https://cdn.easylife365.cloud. Outlook normally blocks the download of images from external sites but images from sites in the Trusted zone are downloaded automatically. As part of the onboarding process please add the following URL to the Trusted sites on your users' machines: https://cdn.easylife365.cloud.

Users can also add the following address to the junk email settings in Outlook to make sure pictures are automatically downloaded: no-reply@mail.easylife365.cloud

Please don't add our domain to the allowed domains in your Exchange Online spam filter configuration. This is not recommended and potentially risky. We are already doing everything we can to make sure, your mails get delivered. You can add our SendGrid account's IP address to your connection filter policy: 167.89.74.160
