Guests

The guests section allows you to configure a policy to automatically remove guest members from a Distribution List when the assigned template forbids guest accounts.

The policy will be applied to distribution lists assigned to templates that do not allow guests.

To enable the policy check the box next to Enable policy.

The policy triggers when the Distribution List has guest members, and the template disallows guest members. No actions are required by the owners, and no reminders will be sent.

In the Actions section you can enter an email address or webhook url that will be notified when the policy removes guests. Additionally, you can specify whether to send notification emails to owners of this distribution list when guests are removed from the distribution list.
