Prerequisites

Users must be assigned a valid license for the products they want to mange with EasyLife 365. Users must be assigned a license that includes Microsoft Teams before they can provision new Teams.

The onboarding process must have been completed before users can manage resources using the EasyLife 365 Collaboration App. This includes granting the required permissions to EasyLife in your tenant's Azure AD. Check the onboarding section for more details.

An EasyLife admin must have created at least one template for a resource so users can create resources using that template. Users can see their resources in the Collaboration area but they won't be able to create new resources if no template is available (or they can't see it because it is restricted to a specific audience).
