Access Review

The Access Review Policy requires OneDrive site owners to review the sharing links on their files after a specified number of days.

You can configure the number of reminders to be sent and determine the actions to be taken if the owners do not respond within the specified timeframe.

If the site owner fails to take action, all sharing links for files and folders on the OneDrive site will be automatically removed.
