Owners

The Owners sections allows the administrator to specify an email address of a shared mailbox, a specific user, or a distribution group to get notifications if a resource without owner has been found.

EasyLife 365 policies will not be processed for ownerless SharePoint sites. Make sure that administrators are assigning at least one owner to a SharePoint site.

The minimum owner policy makes sure a resource has a specified amount of owners. If a resource with fewer owners than specified in the policy is found, the existing owners will be notified and asked to add more owners to the resource. Specify how many reminders should be sent and what should happen if owners do not react in the desired time frame.

Policy Details. You can also determine the action taken regarding the non-compliant SharePoint site if the owners do not provide feedback, specifically whether to delete it or take no action at all.

The Create wizard in the EasyLife 365 Collaboration App makes sure that a user adds the minimum number of owners when provisioning a new resource.
