Naming

The Naming section of the guest account policy allows you to configure a naming convention for guest accounts. If enabled, this policy regularly checks and updates the display name of guest accounts.

To enable the policy check the box next to Enable policy.

To use the naming policy of the template, enable the box Inherit from template. If you enable this checkbox, the display name of guest accounts with this policy will be updated to match the template every day.

If you want to specify a naming policy in the guest accounts policy instead, uncheck the box Inherit from template and enter a naming policy in the box below. You can use variables by selecting them from the right side drop-down.
